Serving Sizes: Dessert Serves & Coffee Serves

When cutting cake, it is important to have:


-A Large Knife

- Clean Cloth/Towel

- Serving Plates


With every cut, you should clean the knife with a clean cloth to avoid having excess buttercream with each slice, resulting in cleaner cake slices. For dessert dessert serves, carefully remove decorations from the cake, cut down the middle of the cake, clean the knife between each cut and cut straight down vertically into triangular dessert serves, plate up and enjoy! For coffee serves, once again, carefully remove decoration from the cake, cut down the middle of the the cake, clean the knife between each cut, cut the cake horizontally in the middle, cut straight down vertically into triangular coffee serves, plate up and enjoy!


You can also pair cake up with fresh cream or ice-cream to compliment the cake and is ideal for coffee sizes for guests to enjoy. Served wonderfully with a cup of tea or coffee.

Regardless of the serving size you choose, the goal should be that all guests should be offered cake!
